Stayed at hotel was amazing. It is located on the way to manikaran and manali. There is just 1hour drive for from hotel the manali which is good for those who want to spent peacefully stay from crowded city, room are clean food was yummy, staff beheavier is also very courteous

Rooms are pretty clean and good. Food is also good and it is located in tue center of kullu which makes it ideal for travellers to cover tourist destination around kullu. Megh singh who is a caretaker of Shobla kaathkuni is very polite and provides excellent service whenever needed. He made our stay

Such an amazing hospitality with lovely food preparation. The staff is cooperative and we really appreciate their efforts in making us feel at home. Highly recommended hotel stay in Kullu.Commendable arrangements done by the hotel staff.

The staff is so bad. No courtesy at all and the way they look at women is so horrendous & scary. One feels extremely unsafe in this hotel premises. Customer service attitude is zero. We asked for butter Roti on multiple occasions and were given plain rotis with Amul butter at the side. Couldn’t unde

The entire crew starting from the reception desk to restaurant staff was busy in attending some senior government official who was staying in the hotel. the common guest like us left to take care of ourselves right from waiting to get the room keys to loooooong wait for dinner( as there was literall

Very unpleasant stay. Staff behaviour was very very bad. Rooms and ambiance are ok but services and food was bad. Complaint many times but no actions were taken and they became more rude to ladies and kids. Meal was included in our package and we were given plain rotis and when asked for butter roti

We were at an official trip and location of shobla royale was best suited. Rooms were great as well as the service and hospitality. Both our rooms had amazing Kullu hill views :-) Mr. Kaveesh Sharma assisted us and we are thankful for the same. I would love to go back and stay at Shobla again.

The actual Suite room which I booked was smelling as if it was not opened and used for many days. All other Suite rooms had similar smell. However, the hotel manager agreed to shift me to a different category of room (Cottage). Rooms were big and clean. Bathroom was also clean. The service provided
