I’ve rated this 4/5 just for the location and size of the property. The resort is situated slightly uphill with good city views and a sunset point.It is a huge property with ample amenities but needs some major improvements - the room was not as well maintained as it should be being a 4-star propert

In corona times they have a good protocol of registering the guest.Property is perched on a small hillock with premium rooms on top and executive rooms at the base. This is hardly a 4* hotel, more like a 2 – 2.5* hotel. The infrastructure is rubbish and in most cases the service, particularly from the management, is horrendous (they make Fawlty Towers look like the finest hotel ever)!!!We had 4 rooms for 3 nights and did not get hot water even once in any of th

Its situated close to the airport on the main road but from the gate you are taken into a completely different zone of a resort feel with certain room categories in the way and the restaurant and reception on the hill. You feel completely let down as soon as you enter the reception expecting the war
