Stayed at this place on a weekend and had a very seamless and quick check in. The rooms I felt were decent but the washroom were good. Although the staff was polite and helpful, everything else about the property was overpriced and not worth it at all. The rooms were too simple and not very clean and the facilities were poor for the price they demand. This hotel does not live up to the reputation of the Citrus chain and I’d advise

My stay at citrus hotel was quite good. Couple of things I would like the hotel to improve too.Best :Location, easily accessible to the main market but was at a location you would want to stay little away from crowd.Rooms, maintained and clean.. one problem was the quality of bedsheet and quilt. The rooms need some serious maintenance. The hotel might have seen some better days but the rooms are in a very bad shape. We visited this hotel for a weekend break. The decor is good but rundown. Our room had a peculiar smell which didn't go even though they put AER sachets. We recently visited Citrus, Lonavala. It was a wonderful stay with very helpful staff. Mr. Kapil made sure that our room was sanitized properly with all other necessary arrangements already done. Swimming pool is very clean n maintained.
