It was a great experience. The climate was good. Hotel staff is very co-operative and well mannered. Rooms are hygenically cleaned and all precautions are taken as per Covid 19 guidelines. Excellent job.

The place is good, the rooms are clean, the staff are supportive. It has a pool which is well maintained. The food is also good and rate is not high. The dining room and a conference hall is also there at the ground floor for family gatherings.

I booked the room through booking.com. They asked to submit credit card details which neither I have it nor I liked to share it's details. So I talked to the the property. It is one the best budget hotel in Lonavala, with personalize service from friendly staff.Rooms and Food are good. Easy access from Market, it is good for short journey if you want to spend couple of days in Lonavala Definately visit again

Worst hotel. Worst food. Battamiz staff. Dirty linens . Fungus was present everywhere in room walls even on bedsheet. Service was also poor. Do not visit even in case of emergency. Floor was dirty. So bad
