I visited the resort with my family (including my infant daughter) and found the staff and services really good. The staff was very polite, professional and was quick to attend to any additional needs especially the preparation of food for my infant daughter(which could be a challenge at times). The

Property:The property is really nice, very new and with cleaned rooms. Visited here just after the lockdown, in the month of August.All the precautions has been taken by the staff in regards with the COVID situation. Utmost hygiene was maintained by each staff.Food:Each time fresh meals were served

Disappointed for the service. Late service. Costly food with poor quality. No attention. Not recommended at all. Multiple reminders had to give for 1 order. Also balcony at room was too small that hardly 1 person can entre but hotel is charging extra for balcony.

The stay at Voila Beacon was a pleasent experience.In addition to the better quality of rooms and hospitality, tha Manager Mr. Sanjay Rawat was an extremely supportive and had a great sense of hospitality.Will be visiting this place again.
