Very well located overlooking the Raj Rajeshwar temple and a short walk to the bank of the Narmada. The rooms are basic but comfortable. The young owner Sagar Giri Mahant , who actively manages the place went out of his way to ensure that I had a great stay and cultural experience of Maheshwar.

This is one of the best budget hotel. In premises of Ahilyabai fort. You will get warm welcome at hotel reception. Rooms are clean. Great view of Narmada River. You can have a walk at Ahilyabai fort at night and in morning to get amazing and memorizing view.

Overall a good location with temple/river view. Hotel is situated inside a fort, and doesn't have an operating kitchen. So, ideal for people with a vehicle. They got their own parking. Staff was friendly, can get you morning tea/coffee on a chargeable basis.
