Neat and clean place with decent food. Drinks will not be served in restaurants, nothing to complain and service and staff are cordial. Dinner time orders and made only upon request and be prepared to allow 20-25 minutes lead time. Road construction makes the access bit tough.

The outside and foyer of this hotel is shiny and glitzy - don't be fooled. That's about as good as it gets!Although the rooms were bright and well-furnished, everything went wrong. TV didn't work - they fixed that; A/C was only blowing out hot air - they fixed that; room key to activate all the el

Travelling from Kozhikode, reached the restaurant for dinner on 02.01.2021 . The butter chicken was like Kerala Chicken curry and the ginger chicken was like a diluted plain chicken curry! Since it was prepared by an inexperienced cook, the whole evening was spoiled.

Was driving for long and was hungry. So turned into the best looking hotel enroute to Ernakulam. Ordered three mutton biryanie and a Composite meal called Thali. The biriyanis were a disaster and over priced for what was served. The service was pretty insensitive. The toilet was a put off

The room had cockroaches walking when we entered the room. The cleanliness was not up to the mark. It was the only decent place to stay in that area. We jus stayed for a night. Not sure if breakfast is available there or nt.

We stayed one day with my family. Nice, spacious and clean rooms. AC working well. Good view from room. Good hospitality & service. Bathroom is big and having all amenities like hair heater, etc. Breakfast is decent. Worth for money.

Spacious rooms but not well maintained. Water drains from AC in the room. No hot water in most of the rooms. TV also has 2 horizontal lines, which affects the vision as well. Food is also okay. Overall not so good experience but didn’t had many choices so had to go with it.
