We stayed in Gezellig Inn - Tree Hill Cottages and Kanyal Villas last year in June 2019. We went there when Rohtang Pass just opened up. The hotel did not keep the room ready for checkin. Heater service is too bad - it does not work half the time. It is very cold in the deluxe room.The pillows and bedsheets are very dirty. They changed it after informing them 3-4times.The hotel staff are very rude, they did not have solutions for any

Where hospitality is unparalleled in Manali, Mr Anil Sharma along with his team comprising of Roshan are exceptionally friendly and go out of their way in helping all guests and yes providing very reasonable taxis without any commission unlike other hotels, their honesty and integrity is exceptional

We stayed for almost a week, the staff members,food, room service everything was so good. The one week stay was so smooth and we felt like it was our home.I would recommend this place as it's near to Manali, old Manali and other places.

We stayed there in April 2017. We booked valley view room with balcony. Room was great and outside view from our room was marvelous. Food was nice, staff were friendly. It's little bit away from the bus stand but it's totally worth.

Manager anil sharma has used the muscle power on tourist which is shame for entire hotel industry and he has used abusive language with females too present in the group .He must be treated hard by management of hotel if that management is not involved with him else authority will take action because
