It is the only branded hotel available in Manali. Staff was Extremely Polite & Courteous.Location is Excellent ( Riverside view ). Mine was room with balcony so simply loved the view...day or night from there. Buffet (Breakfast or Dinner) should be more elaborated and presentable I feel. Taste wise

This hotel is very bad in quality, such as cleanliness, hygiene, and customer service. This has no FOUR STAR convenience and facilities. If anyone goes to Manali, I would advise them not to stay in this hotel with high room rate and poor facilities.

We visited to manali and stayed at this property for 3 nights. The rooms were classic, comfortable and filled with amenities. We were little bit sad because we were unable to get river view rooms as they were full. But still the premier rooms were a class. The food options given at time of breakfast
