The hotel is in the city center and has many good restaurants and malls at a walkable distance. But, the room is on the average side, the bed wasn't comfortable and room/washroom were smaller. Break fast was a joke, no one to monitor to see if food is being provided. only after checking inside the small make shift kitchen noticed there were making dosa, on request go one each. Centrally located and close to Car Street Flower Market, Hampankatta, City Centre Mangalore, Venkatramana temple and other well known places. Pappilon Palace is a decent Service Apartment. There is no in-house restaurant but variety of veg and non-veg options available outside around the same venue.

Good Hospitality, did not face any Issues :)Breakfast was provided ,located in center of the city. Overall experience was good, breakfast was also very good. Tea/juice, puri baji, idly etc was provided for breakfast

Front office staff was very rude while we checking IN. He started arguing for silly reason. He make sure , we argue with him !!! Finally we got the owner of property , who was kind enough to make sure we stay comfortable.

We with kids stayed for 1 night and had wedding function to attend on second day. Room ambience and cleanliness was excellent. All amenities were available which we needed such as Electric kettle, iron etc. Property us close to city centre mall and Maachli fish restaurant is just next door.

The room is definitely not like how it is shown in pictures… the walls had stains, AC had a lot of dust on it, breakfast had only 3 items.. But i got a good deal.. so for the price i paid it was ok. Just Ok for a one night stay.. room interiors can be renovated… bed was comfortable

Bakwaas hotel ,particularly staff.rude in nature particularly mr mushtaq.no variety in breakfast.demanding money for everything. Never recommend this hotel.crockery in room is looking old, seems they don't have crockery
