We happened to get the room in the corridor. Not all rooms in the hotel have a view. Some face a beautiful view of mountains towards the back of the hotel priced more over the others, some face the front play area and some on the corridor. We were two adults and three children btwn 4 to 8. Our room

This place charges for the views, hospitality and peace. If you want luxury, this is not the place for you. The owners are kind and wonderful to speak to, the property is maintained like a home and the staff is very courteous and helpful. It is just at the end of the market and very clean. I went

Visited Lord's in Matheran with my family after a really long time. But the ambience, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff hasn't changed! The location is convenient too with the market and many scenic points within easy walking distance. Lovely memories..

The hotel is somewer 100+ years old so ul see old vintage rooms with their old interiors. The view of matheran mountains from pool side rooms are really amazing. U can sit in ur veranda & have tea n snacks looking at peaceful sunset. They hve their own library section to relax & take ur time to read

I have always lived in lords matheran. Amazing,helpful,courteous and humble staff. Clean and neat rooms. Away from noise. Scrumptious, delicious, filling n unlimited food. Even if u don't live there don't miss out on their food.....They have preserved the natural beauty........no latest technology
