Overall it is a good hotel. Swimming pool seemed clean but we did not use it. Room was decent. The wow factor was the smart TV that had several interesting channels and even amazon prime. Not even 5 star hotels give this kind of entertainment.

It was unfortunate in that rainy season when hotel management claimed that they couldn't receive laundry for 15 days and we were really not happy with the cleanliness of room, bed sheets, door mats. Hotel Preeti is our favourite hotel in Matheran since years. It has nice clean rooms, excellent service, good veg food and helpful staff.The hotel has ample of free space to play and roam around.The owner himself looks after evrything to confirm the satisfaction of the guests.

Hotel Preeti Matheran Rooms are very nice & clean & service is excellent & food is very yummy. In the evening they arrange games like housie next to swimming pool.They too have arranged disco lights & music.Hotel is very reasonably priced & affordable.
