We had taken two super deluxe rooms for three days. We were a bit worried for covid but cleanliness was maintained very well. Liquid hand-wash was kept on the basin. Small packets of hand sanitizer were also provided. The towels came wrapped in plastic bags everyday. Food was good though a bit more

I stayed for one day in Westend Hotel on 24th October 2020. During my stay I faced several issues. The WiFi service was not available in my room in Resort. Despite of escalating the issue, it was not made available during our entire stay. For everything you need, you have to contact reception on mob

I did not have a good experience from the first day. Room was not ready, bedsheet and covers are used ones, even after requesting they are causal in replacement.I paid for an extra bed for my kid, they convert room sofa into a bed - not comfortable. I ordered the cheese sandwich, they were not good
