We booked two rooms for family in jan'15. Rooms were dirty & not as per standard expected against money charged. You can stay in three-four star hotel somewhere else in same money. everything was below standard & service was really poor/pathetic. Words are even less to explain this bad experience. I

I stayed at the hotel for 2 days. The rooms are pretty much simple what you would find in a decent hotel. One thing that I wasn't happy about was running hot water, the hotel has separate geysers for each room and it was too small for a satisfying bath. The garden is big enough and very well mainta

Room average, bathroom average but food and waiters very good especially the naans and parhathas .. Waiters and house keepers are very friendly and caring.. Reception workers must be a bit friendly.. They are very reserved type and a bit arrogant.. Wi-Fi was very good..

Hospitality, food, dormitory are good in all respect it is a good hotel value for the money. It is in a prime location best suitable for transportation to visit nearby historical places. Staff also well supportive.

excellent and working amenities although very much homely feeling, hygienic and great food. Complete professional approach and no flaws noticed. The entire stuff was fast and professional to the core. However wifi could have been better

Customer service very poor. Had to make numerous calls before request was met. Very poor communication skills. Even the manager didn't want listen to request. Eating area very filthy and oily table surface.

This place should be a wedding reception place. The staff is neither trained nor geared to operate it like a hotel.
