It is a zero star hotel in my experience. Totally unprofessional, cheat and I booked two superior rooms for family visit on 10 may 2022. Deposited 13500 rupees vial net booking as per their demand. As soon as I reached to hotel their behavior was awkward they insisted me to deposit remaining money

The Vaikunth Hotel is close by the Dalai Lama Temple. The hotel has an impressive exterior and lobby area. The lobby area of the hotel is big compared to the rest of the hotel. The maps to the hotel are confusing and the reception staff helped us reach the hotel by guiding our driver over the phone.
