Good hotel, rooms are clean and well managed.this hotel is one of the good hotels in Meerut. hotel structure is also great, The location as well as the hospitality was very good .Its a very good experience with this hotel

A nice restaurant, Empress Court, should be visited for the non veg platter. Nice ambience and valet parking available, preferably ask for Indian menu. The service is friendly and management responsive. One of the nice places to visit in meerut

Located in the city center near the main market area with walking distance to all big shops and food streets. We booked the hotel for stay during a marriage function only and could not make much use of it as the guests were in hurry and rushing towards the banquet. But whatever minimum experience we

Meerut's best place to have non veg.Every dish is mouth watering.My favourite place to go on special occassions.The ambience,service and decor all are up to the mark.Their anothet outlet cafe high street serves awesome italian dishes. I just love the food there

Following fake promises were made by hotel on the website . It was the worst stay ever I did in the hotel. Few highlights for my stay- Mosquitoes- Not Clean Room- Dirty bedding- No extra bed, just one mattress on the floor- Dirty and Yellow bathrooms- No proper light in the room- No room service- No

Empress court is famous for its delicious snacks both on the veg as well as non veg menu. The staff is courteous although in my opinion the service needs to improve.Not fine dining but normal dining out.
