I had booked hotel cia whatsapp and the room actually shown in the video was not provided. At the checkout time, i was asked to pay extra 500₹ for a very small vomit and 100₹ extra for a towel. Overall service was very slow. And rude staff.

I am so impressed by the hospitality, quality of rooms and the mouthwatering food! Dharamveer bhai was very patient, cooperative and understanding, and the entire staff was very well mannered. We stayed in a super deluxe room, which had such beautiful cute interiors and a very welcoming feel to it.
