The rooms were big spacious clean and well maintained. The staff was courteous, helpful and polite. The hotel followed all sanitation protocols. All staff wore masks and sanitizer was available at the reception. Our temperatures were checked on arrival. The restaurant has some amazing views of the

Courteous, polite and quick staff, tasty food at affordable prices. Room's is very beautiful.bathroom is also neat and clean.service is everyone fast.. otherwise fantastic experience due to excellent service from staff. We don't have option to rate in minus so i am giving 1 starIs this the hotel or may be jail.Total waste of money and worst experience of lifeYou have to beg them for room Service either water or Food and after waiting so long you will get your food but you can't eat (low level quality food) Egoistic

Pleasant staying and all round cooperation at hotel Mamta Palace. Quality service was provided promptly by the hotel manager Mr Ashwin. Bathroom anenitis is good .food qulitiya was very tasty resneble rlprice.

1. Dirty bed sheet and quilts2. Broken TV remote3.Dirty & wet bath room provided4. No geysers in bathroom , hot water provided as per fixed time.5. Only food & location is good.Best to avoid it .

Nice palace ..Overall a great stay at this place and all ad hoc requests excellantly handled by Guest Relationship Manager Ashwin who I later found has ample experience as a manager of this property. Overall you cant miss this place on ur visit to Mt Abu

Stayed on 26th Dec for one night and paid ₹4500 for 3 through MMT. The non ac delux room was so small that we bumped each other everytime we are trying to move in that room. The linens were dirty but has been changed on request. We were thinking of leaving the moment we saw the room but we were tire
