Stayed here for a few nights for work and was very impressed. The location is not in the tourist area of Fort etc but was exactly where I needed to be for work location wise and it was only a few dollars in an Uber or Ola to Marine Drive or the Gateway etc. For business needs it’s great as centrally

We chose to stay at ITC Grand Central on occasion of our wedding anniversary. We travelled all the way to Mumbai form Pune on 25th January 2021. The hotel staff maintained all COVID 19 protocols and ensured that we also follow that. The check in was prompt even though we had arrived a bit early. Ya

I stayed at ITC last week and the precautions and the measures taken by the hotel where commendable. All guest are provided mask and gloves which is the necessity of the current time. Bags and rooms as well as cutlery are all sanitised. The food as always been the best part about ITC, kebab & kurrie
