House Keeping was not good because we said them at the early morning to clean our 3 rooms but when we arrived at night not even a single room was cleaned.Also previous day at night we told them to place 2 beds at our room bed arrived at after 3 hr.Breakfast service were excellent spicaly thanks to M

Rooms were clean & comfortable, staff was friendly, went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Amazing food, wonderful experience. The view from the hotel is good.The breakfast was great spread and dishes were not repeated. Enjoyed our stay.

Pathetic service. Reach to hotel is tough and 3.5 kms from mall road, very tough & steep road. Can't stroll around, as nothing nearby.Service was very bad, they hide things during breakfast, and don't want to give basic things like juice, omelette etc.. When u will ask for, they will say that other

Disaster hotel with worst room services. They didn't even provide bonfire to guests after paying hefty amount of money. Rooms are so tiny, no cleanliness in rooms/washrooms. Charging for rooms heaters even when room rent was already high for such tiny rooms.

A good property but lack Professional management. A lot needs to be done to improve services at front desk, house keeping and FB. However, food at the restaurant was good. They're providing Taxis at higher rates compared to the rates fixed by the Taxi Union of Mussoorie.
