Stayed overnight enroute Coorg. Location is quite calm and there is ample parking. Restaurant and bar is also available. Food is good. Buffet was quite sumptuous. Rooms are well maintained and spacious.

Pathetic service. Ac and tv was not working. Staffs behavior was so rude. Most of the staff don't know how to talk. They don't even provide more than 1 bottle water. This was my second instance of staying in the hotel. Overall the service is good.The food served is of good quality and room service is prompt. The breakfast served is decent might consider a little more variety. A good place for a short stay in Mysore.

This is a very good hotel with good facilities and very co-operative and helpful staffs. I liked the experience staying here. The ambiance is nice, rooms are good sized, service is good. The reception desk was ready to help anytime with whatever information we need without any hesitation. It was a g
