Visited hotel in Aug.. staff was very supportive and courteous. Breakfast and dinner had decent spread and kitchen staff were very much flexible to serve customised food. Super delux rooms were larger in size than I expected with all the amenities.

I am a traveller and I generally like to share my experience with the public so that one can make better choices.I roamed generally all the hill stations of Uttarakhand and Himachal but experience that i got here was worst ..first of all their staff behaviour was terrible as if they are our masters.

Classic case that picture do not potray reality. We stayed for 2 nights and room was dirty (bed linen, especially carpet very un-hygenic..). Food was poor quality.. seems like they serve previous day(s) leftover food. We replaced food more than couple of times. Breakfast was Okay type though! Overal
