Though the rooms were small, still very clean and polished. The bed sheets were ready to slip in and comfy beds removed our all day travel tiredness. What I liked the most is the attention given to minute details. I feel this is the most luxurious hotel I have been to in Nashik. Excellent food and variety. Very royal ambiance. Extremely friendly staff and a very clean environment. Just go for it. You will enjoy your stay for sure!

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very clean, the food is awesome and the staff is so polite and cooperative . They also make sleeping arrangements for the driver on request . Overall we had a wonderful stay. Would totally recommend it .

Hotel Citadel is a worth being place.The service and the food catered is 100% satisfying n authentic.Ambience of rooms,restaurant and lobby were my xtreme highlights. I had made a Reservatation online thru email direct to the property 1 month in advance. Just 1 day before I called the hotel to book a pick-up from the airport, but was told they have no bookings under my name and also they are sold out for the mentioned dates. Very terrible service from the Hotel.
