We stayed there in july 2011 on our way to Nainital, hotel is located on main road and about 10 min drive from railway station. Rooms were clean but old and poorly maintained. We had to change room because lock was broken and in second room water heater was not working. Staff was helpful in providing alternatives. The owner & staff is very very bad.On top of that whenever there was a power cut there was no Backup, the cable TV was not working. Very poor room service - the staff not at all trained - The person who served me Tea in the Room brought the Cups with his fingers in the cup, which was rediculous. Bat

Though luxury n amenities wise it is an average hotel, I find this hotel is good in Panchmari because of it's location. Actually one of the nice hotel in Pachmarhi, i would recommend this hotel for those who want to visit the Jatashankar Temple with the natural excavation. Location is much appreciable and Food, Lodging and service is really good.

We stayed there in march 2014 on our back to Nainital.we hired A/C Delux Room(Dbl) rooms located ground floor.Traiff economical n staffs r helpful.Only a/c delux room is bettr in ground floor.Hotel's location is good.way to Naital ya way to lalkuan it's ok for one night stay.Amarpali's restaurant'
