The location is probably the highlight of this hotel- it is situated right on the bank of Ghaggar river. On the other side is a hillock- part of the Shivalik range of the Himalayas. The hotel is situated at outskirts of the city. It is quite place to be with family. Rooms simple but very nice. Rooms are only two story and are separate from lobby/restaurant and Bar. There are few big green lawns also. Food is good and you can ask restaurant manger to twik a dish if you want that

How to explain that rooms have smells , very old furniture and poor room service ....TV very old model ....is just a name that they have tv in room,,,bathrooms are same as some very low standard bathrooms ....Staff is ready to fight for any matter ....outer look of resort is fine and good....no body

We were very excited to look at the pictures of the hotel, but it was a nightmare when we checked in the hotel! The door lock was broken, The TV wasn't working, and it stopped working twice, the bathroom wasn't very OK for the claimed standard of this hotel. We had to yell twice at the hotel staff

Attended awesome big fat Punjabi wedding. I am use to of Hospitality and good food of Amristar and must say that it hotel north park was able to provide really good food and experience. We had pool side dinner party. Though temprature was really high and hot but still enjoyed the wedding with friend

Had a terrible experience on staying in this hotel. This place is not worthy at all. The rooms had foul smell and bathrooms were not properly cleaned too. There was electricity disruption too. Service was terrible. Spoiled the vacations.

Its my last hotel of my honemoon trip and i loved this hotel from the time I enter in the primises. Room was too good, food was excelent, prompt service etc. etc. Its very romntic area best for a couple and it's a suitable place for the honemoon couple.

To start with the room was not ready. Then the guy at the reception gave us the worst possible room. Which was ready according to him. When we entered there were used tea cups on the table and condom wrapers on the table. Bedsheets were dirty . The AC wasn't working , there was no running water. In
