The location could not be better in Patiala. Pretty near the railway station, bus station, Dukhniwaran Sahib Gurudwara. Management is indifferent to needs of travellers probably because the travellers have little or no choice.Frond façade & reception can deceive you. OK for 1-2 days stay. Entire property seems to be neglected by the owners & left in lurch to die a slow death.Poorly managed. Rooms

Frond façade & reception can deceive you. OK for 1-2 days stay. Entire property seems to be neglected by the owners & left in lurch to die a slow death.Poorly managed. Rooms are ill maintained,Room service utensils lying in alley. Lifts are stinky (they have 2). AC's are noisy.Food is just OK.

It was a good experience, if not the best. The staff was willing to be helpful. The location was ideal, near the bus stand and railway station (both walking distance) also the gurudwara is near by. One of my best stays so far

Different points1. Good for horror movies.2. A.C. does not work.3. Bed sheet was not present. you will have already lots of friends in Room (Lizards, cockroah etc.)4. Unhygenic5. poor service6. Water leakage from roof on bed.

I went to hotel in feb with your family tour and booked 10 rooms... when u went there no room are ready for us... after 15 mins they gave room to us and the rooms seriously terribly shocked after seen that... room had bad smell comi g from toilet, no light , no water in toilet seat.... offered used

Checked In and out with in 10 minutes . 1st room they gave me was joke . Very stinky washroom was so dirty . I decide to check out same time . But they showed me other room and that was a insult. So I walked out.
