Location of the hotel is pretty impressive, silent and serene environment. Food quality was good and service was excellent, but not a boutique hotel. Neat and clean. Awesome experience with perfect ambience and breath taking view. I had booked room with private terrace ( meals inclusive ) and I had one of the best food. Also all the managers took great care to cater all our needs.

I had booked Lans Castle from September 1 to 3. However, because of a landslide. (see pictures) the road was blocked till August 29 and is barely operational now. Despite this natural calamity, the hotel is unwilling to offer a refund on booking. I don't know what they expect - travel to their hotel
