Rooms are quite smaller in size but equipped with all basic amenities & looks cozy. There full carpeted floor is the best thing to keep the room warm up even in colder nights. I loved this hotel during my Pelling tour from 30th December 2019 to 03rd January 2020. Staff behavior is good. Restaurant facilities are excellent and food items are hygienic and healthy. Homely atmosphere. Lovely view from hotel balcony (Picture attached).

One of the great hotel at lower Pelling. Staffs were very polite and helpful. All the required facilities were available here. View of Kanchanjanghaa was clear near from the hotel. Food quality is also very good there.

We booked two rooms of Hotel Touristo for a holiday planned last week of May. Due to certain reasons we had to cancel however Hotel Touristo never returned our booking deposit. We paid full amount RS 10000.00 to their SBI account. They promised to return 75% on cancellation. To this date they didnt

The very very bad hotel to stay at pelling . We 24 persons stay there for two nights from 03.01.15 to 04.01.15 . The service is too much poor , geyser is not working throughout the day & night , food is horrible and the staffs are with very bad behavior . So before booking think twice until this ma

We went to Hotel The Touristo on 10 &11 jan 2013. It is an excellent hotel to stay with an awesome room service. The Hotel staff behavior is very nice and what to say about manager. Variety of food quality, very nice . over all I and my family is very satisfied.

The worst hotel in our entire trip of sikkim and darjeeling.1. Bad staff2. Bad rooms full of mosquitoes3. Everything about this place was bad 4. They charged more as well.

Very bad food, hotel staffs are not helpful specaily manager need training his behavour is very rought in hospitality industry staff should be polite. House keeping was not good room was very darty. Door locks was broken, gizer was not working and break fast was horrable

I am highly satisfied about over all service of this hotel. Mostly very much impresed about the Restaurant manager Malay, very nice and his smiling presentation of attitude must enrich this hotel. The housekeeping service also mind blowing.
