The resort is situated in lower Pelling, little away from the main centre; but that is it's USP. Far from the crowd, it is home to tranquility. The large open green space will welcome you. The staff were very helpful in shifting our bags from car to the rooms. The manager was cordial and helpful in

It's a wonderful property in the prime location in Pelling. Close to the main city and can view the snow peaks of Kanchenjunga, if the sky is clear. with such a massive property and beautiful location, it could be converted into a wonderful resort with few basic improvements done in the locations. I Stayed with my family in this so called incorrectly claimed resort on 1st May 2022 for one night, 1) Location of this dirty lodge is 3 km down from main pelling and is very secluded.2) Food : The person or the idiot sitting at reception is very confused and is not able to provide any food on time

Not recommended at all. Its in the lower pelling and quiet far from the main location. The resort was looking like a haunted place. I didn’t like the property at all and had to change the hotel immediately. I booked it online from booking.com and lost the complete booking amount due to no refund pol

This is the worst hotel in Pelling. I want to give it negative rating. There are no sign boards and no one knows where it is, so we had to keep looking...when we finally reached at @ 4 pm, the room was not ready and the manager asked us to wait on a rickety terrace with no side walls at all. This hotel has very view from rooms and has good garden landscape with lots of amenities and children play area...one can relax and enjoy the traditional prepared foods and has good and helpful staff.. they provided us vehile too in reasonable price

My husband and I dropped in and were pleased with the service and ambiance but we're thoroughly disappointed by the limited culinary choice. I suggest the management introduces local non vegetarian cuisine asap.
