Shovan and team were spectacular in providing a hospitable service to us. We are very happy and will be eager to revisit St. Laurn with more people. We had a buffet lunch on woman's day and the entire team were really warm in greeting us and taking care of our needs at every moment. Thank you.

The stay was pretty average. The staff are polite enough but dont expect out of the world customer service.A lot of basic items were not present in the room like slippers, toiletries apart from soap. Nice experience. I would highly recommend it. I have been staying in a lot of 2-3 star hotels so I can for sure judge certain areas that way perhaps putting everything in the exact place, and smooth onboarding, can define your first impression. So Thanks for being tremendous to me. Enjoyed my stay.
