The hotel rooms and washrooms are not up to the mark as shown in the website. The towels provided are very dirty doesn’t even look properly cleaned or sanitised. Staff is very polite and helpful. Neetu Adhikari was very kind and helpful. She helped me for breakfast. Quick service plus house keeping was very polite as I called them late at night to help me in turning on the TV. They came immediately and turned it on. Overall 5/5 experience

Good room and location is very convenient to me. Buffet breakfast is good and the dishes are are huge in quantity and the food is tasty. Missed the pool and gymnasium here. Overall good place at the centre of city. Every required items could be easily accessible in walk in distance.
