I always prefer Mayfair when I visit India but I guess covid has taken a toll on the services. Plz buck up Mayfair bcoz I love you.Here is my feedback. Many staff are ill trained, non.proactive and some outright rude or come across as dull & laid back. Food is way below the standard of a star hotel

The Hotel is the younger sibling of Mayfair Heritage and has big rooms with big bathrooms. Very nice and clean rooms. Service quality is top notch. Unlike other Star Hotels in Puri, there is unlimited supply of packaged drinking water. Complimentary snacks and soft drinks are also available in rooms

We actually booked cottage in Mayfair heritage but on arrival we were guided to Mayfair waves and only there we came to know that they've temporarily closed heritage due to less number of guests and accomodating everyone in Waves.
