Good staffs and prompt service, The food quality is good, Hotel standard is great. But still they have to improve the service like Water bottles in Room and Shampoo and conditioners etc. Overall good experience.

Very good property. Very good hospitality. A staff name Pramodini is a very good co-ordinator, who made the stay pleasant and beautiful. Food quality, room service are very good. Swimming pool is good but it needs cleaning frequently.

The service is terrible. I had to wait nearly an hour for the keys even though i had booked the rooms weeks earlier.
