Wonderful place to stay and the rooms were just so like a dream to stay . Affordable place to stay and with amazing food facility and other facilities . Specially Thanks to Mr. Ranjan the F&B Manager . The restaurant food was delicious and the staffs are very cooperative.

To start with, Mr.Ranjan is outstanding and he is staff . Although the hotel Downton hotel has excellent amenities with very welcoming staff I can recommend this place just for Mr. Ranjan specially hospitality service. Amazing experience.

I have been to some hotels near the railway station, but this hotel was one of the best I have stayed so far. We stayed there for two days. I would like to say that overall Downton Hotel is a very good hotel. It is getting converted into Regenta in. The GM Mr Shankar Jha and Manager Mr Shailendra are very hospitable. Quality of food is not at all good , xtreamly disappointing . No other consumers were seen in the hotel , was feeling like a haunted place . Not worth to go there . Will refer to go VIP road hotels with better facilities
