It was a shocking experience after hearing some praise for this hotel . Highly overrated hotel with poor maintenance, pathetic services and very average standard breakfast. The hotel seems to survive due to conduct of marriage functions otherwise not worth staying .

Nice hotel. Stayed there just for transit. Check-in during afternoon and asked for some quick bites but restaurent wasn't able to service. Ambience is good. The hotel's location is quite accesible and close to both city center and airport.

It was an amazing stay in the HOTEL BABYLON INTERNATIONAL, Raipur, with it’s luxurious clean and safe environment. The Staff were polite and extra helpful. They provided wheelchair for my 94 year old father throughout the stay. Covid- related safety measures were assiduously adopted. Food in the

Despite my collegues advise for not to choose the hotel, I had ignored their advises and gone through terrible experience in the hotel duing my stay for 2 days on 12th and 13th february 2024. The customer service at service desk is very least to talk about due o lack of focus on the customer needs.

The Babylon International is now back with a bang with renovated rooms and furnishings. The Babylon is great place to stay and has loyal customers who continue to patronize the hotel. Good food and great rooms.

Worst hotel to ever stay. Worst experience ever. From dirty stinking rooms to worst tiolets with blood stains, hotel has worst staff who is clueless, rude, unresponsive fand most unproffessional stafd

The post-stay services in this property are down right terrible. If you leave anything in this hotel by accident and go back to fetch it... It will take you hours and hours to retrieve it. It's like they don't have a lost and found department or something. Absolutely Terrible services.

Its a well named hotel of Raipur, but after my stay i can say that it's like a proper 3* property. Rooms are well maintained and taking care of sanitization. Breakfast menu was great and tasty food. But still i missed the 4* things in this hotel.
