Very disappointing experience with THE EMERALD CLUB.A deluxe room was booked by me 7 days prior to my visit and I had received the confirmation for the same. As soon as I reached the hotel the receptionist allotted me a room which was at the end of the property and in a very bad condition. I request

Property is good but I don’t like breakfast system & water bottle charges are not realistic in short what they r charging it’s not worth accordingly. They can make it much better and we were expecting buffet style breakfast but it was not. Best part is staff they are really good.

Ambiance was superb. Activities were so good and check in time was at 12pm, we got room at 2pm. Rooms were not cleaned and accessories not changed after check in. Overall it was good, but services was little bit slow. Even staff was bit rude when asked to serve one of the food items on table.

We had our 20 year class reunion at Emerald club on 24-25 Dec. The property is huge and beautifully maintained. The food was wonderful. The villas were well maintained and exactly what we wanted! The manager Mr. Pradeep Kumar was very helpful in helping us manage the entire event. Chef Rajveer Singh

Very good experience..nice place for events and family gathering in large numbers. Food was very tasty. Staff is helpful. Though the place is little far from the hustle and bustle of city but its still worth staying at. Will look fwd to stay again. Amenities in thw room can be standardised though.
