Visited this hotel for a business trip. Booking and check-in/check-out is very smooth process. The staff are very professional in their approach with a personalised touch. The rooms are decent enough but poorly maintained. Even got to see a cockroach in the washroom and the linens were not as clean

The hotel is located in very close proximity to Railway Station as well as airport. The interiors are well done up and rooms are spacious. The hotel is calm and quite from inside despite being in the main road vicinity. The food of the restaurent is good and reasonably priced.

The ambience of the hotel is good. Only problem is poor parking space outside. What we liked most was the good resturant where they have live music and the singers involve u in the singing. Enjoyed it totally. Food was good esp non veg.Hospitality was good. Overall a 8 on 10 id say

The hotel is one of the oldest in city but till date its maintained . It is centrally located. The room and room service is good. The quality of food serve is very good. The staff were friendly and well behaved.
