A welcoming place to which I return when in Ranchi. Checking in and out is fast and efficient in an unhurried, friendly way. The staff is truly supportive. The rooms are a bit smallish but well furnished. Importantly, all amenities work. The place is kept scrupulously clean. A point for improvement

Had 2 days stay in this hotel. We conducted a workshop of 25 to 30 people. AVN offered a very good package for the workshop. Particularly Mr. Tamal Sinha's cooperation is commendable. May be for the future programs we would recommend AVN Grand as a very good location having good amenities.

Rooms are clean and hygenic. Washrooms are very clean and hygenic. Food quality is awsome and very delicious. All the staffs are supportive and friendly. My first choice when i visit ranchi. They arrange for the room for regular visitors on priority basis

I like the location of hotel very Cropprotive staff I also like the food and service, The front desk staff are to good their behaviour was brilliant The girl name rani she is very clever and also very helpful nature. I like the hotel and happy with my stay in this hotel, highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed for couple of days for Business Training, with Team Members. Excellent staff behaviour, good quality food, very descent and reachable location. Noticed rooms are maintaining high standards. The hotel is highly recommended.

Had a 2 day stay here for a family function. Superb hospitality , best food, good location , nice ambience .Mr Tamaal accomodated for all our needs and was very cooperative. Will recommend this for any function or stay . Our guests were super happy all credits to the hotel.

Superb hotel to stay. Food , amenities,service,and staff behaviour is simply superb. Have been coming for business purpose from last 7 years. And since then every thing is well maintained and they keep on improving their services. Must visit
