Stayed in the hotel for 3 nights recently on an official work. I had a suit room. Had problem with the door opening-Digital lock did not work properly. There was no pressure in the showers-only trickling. No hot water flow-every morning had to call reception to come and fix it up. Otherwise room was

I have been cheated by them where i have made a booking calling at the number 9306346589 & they have asked for advance 3000 rupees against my booking. I have paid them through phonepay & asked for the confirmation. The guy on other side asked for logging into my phonepay account to get the invoice.

Very bad and slow service and unhygienic place. For one small service you have to wait for hours and you have call again and again and still you will not get it delivered. Food quality is also not up to the mark and you might have to depend on the outside food.

had shifted to this hotel after poor stay in another ranchi hotel. Rooms were clean, linen was fresh. Staff was polite and good service. Charges were justified for the room and the overall experience. Can recommend.

It's value for money hotel, location 10 out 10 area wise very good place, food & services superb, cooperative staff, rooms are bigger and much spacious and most amazing things all rooms have direct sunlight. 360 veiw Swimming pool. Love to stay, enjoying.

Very bad service by the hotel and very late. Good to avoid this hotel. Look for dome better option. Earlier it was good. Now I don't see value in this hotel. Very late service. Food us at reasonable cost but does not match expectations. I will avoid booking this hotel.
