The hotel is in central point of Shillong. Good experience with Stay as in executive rooms. Stay in back side of the rooms so you can avoid the busy street views. Food was okay, very limited options. If you have vehicle, no parking is available at proper way.We were there on Christmas. Rooms were spacious. Service was not good. Restuarant was untidy. Utensils with leftover food of dinner was found

We were there on Christmas. Rooms were spacious. Service was not good. Restuarant was untidy. Utensils with leftover food of dinner was found on dinning table when we went for breakfast. had a wonderful experience staying in the hotel for 3 nights last week. The room was spacious, all amenities were in place & staff was prompt/ courteous.Breakfast & dinner provided was reasonable.The location of the hotel is a huge advantage with Police bazaar just a stone's throw away.

Trusting the photos from the website and booking our stay here was the biggest mistake. All the pictures are atleast 10 years old. The reception itself has grimy wallpaper and dirty couches. shabby room. poor equipments interiors, poor service, and staff communication also is poor. no good quality food offered. my husband had to change hotel to nearby centre point. Makemytrip information and photos were illusion.

Stayed there for a couple of days last month. Avoid room number 107, that is the worst room in the hotel. Overall decoration is nice, food is good. But the service is too slow as number of staff is less in the restaurant.Single rooms for single travelers are in a very bad shape. Need renovation from
