The location of hotel is very good.Parking is no issue. The west facing rooms are very warm as we recieve an ample amount of sunlight whole day.Heatersare provided in rooms without extra charges. Food is good.

water in toilets not there, poor service , guys do not turn up for service, room show online and room given has drastic difference . under 3000 rs. you can get much better properties than this property. inside room things were not operational ..food is very expensive in hotel. no service

From the start Kamaljeet at the reception was extremely helpful from check-in to helping us out with our itenary. Food was also great and housekeeping staff (Naveen Chauhan & Bel Bhadur) were quick. All you need for a stay in Shimla is warm room, good food, amazing view & quick services. No regrets!
