the location is wonderful if one can walk just 5 minutes downhill (and at least 10-15 mins uphill) to the heart of the mall. however, because of road restrictions, its accessible to the hotel by car from the car parking/ himachal tourist lift base point in 30 minutes through narrow mountainous lanes

We stayed in this hotel from 27th to 28th January’20 nights only. We booked two rooms for 2 families. Rooms were good and clean. Room heater was provided but it was in poor condition. I visited this place last month in March with my friends where the location was near to Mall Road barely 300mBut I suggest book this property Only if your fit and can climb such steppy pathsas my cabbie refused to drop us to Mall Road saying you can walk on your own as the cab will make me drive 11k

It is close to the main part of the mall road, but you have to do a stiff uphill climb for hundreds of metres while returning. While coming by vehicle the location is difficult to find, because Google can misguide. You need to do two things to find hotel. 1) Tell your driver that they must drop you

Cons:1) Horrible location for bringing your car to this location.After entering shimla it took hours to find this and bring cars to it after a extremely narrow and steep roads. Parking is horrible!!2) Rooms are small, there is seepage, old furniture.3) Toileteries(soap/lotion) are bad bring ur own.4
