Had a family stay at this hotel, better than other options in Siliguri. The rooms are clean with very basic facilities. The staff is friendly and there is a certain coziness to this hotel. On the whole a decent stay.

some of the malls and then Ms chandni jain from reception helped us to book a hotel in gangtok . They all was very polite , the food was awesome , driver was very nice . I enjoyed the tour very much .

We booked this hotel through goibibo. Firstly I must say the room shown by the hotelier in the booking sites and the actual rooms of the hotel seemed quite different. Rooms did not seem so classy as shown in the photos but nevertheless we did not find anything to complain about for one night. Our ro

Very helpful staff, being of same city as hotel they let me book a room and had a wonderful time friends.The staff will help you with everything,rooms have a balcony where you can seek a beautiful scenery of local areas.

All the travelers if you are in siliguri town then mast come to the hotel gitanjali, it is most favorite hotel in siliguri. Many people like that hotel, the behavior of the manager and staff are friendly to all the customer. So mast come to the hotel gitanjali. Thanks.

Very good and comfortable room. Though bathroom was not as per the room, however it was clean. Good and helpful stafff. Food is good. Though services can do some improvement and get a bit more professional.
