We had lot of apprehension about this place as an overnight place for us enroute Darjeeling.We started from Kolkata at 4 am and reached there 5 in the evening . Quick check in and at 7.30 am reception was manned and room was ready even though we did not have a reservation. Clean modern room, toilet, good hot shower. Good complimentary breakfast and nice lunch. Cordial behavior of staff. Excellent for a stopover at Siliguri

Good rooms and great location but the staffs including their manager absolutely don’t care about their guests. The AC didn’t work the entire night, I reported several times but no one attended. I ordered food at 7.30 pm at 8.45 pm when we went for dinner they said fish is not Available hence order c

Very worst experience. They have no man to serve. No any service Quality. Very bad experience. No cancelation or date shifting policy. Behave is also not good. There staff itself so few that they cannot cater guests.

Did online booking via app. It was quick and easy. Rooms and toilets are very well maintained and very clean. Check-in formalities done very quickly. Their in-house restaurant is good. We left early morning, so they provided packed breakfast. Campus is big and sufficient parking for vehicles. Hotel

Its a Govt property. I have to stay with my Family for one night. They are charging huge comparing to the service they provide. Rooms are stinky. The Blanket which the gave was dirty. They did not provide any Soap at washroom. :(. Only advantage is this is secured as this is govt property. overall v
