Good ambience and great hospitality by the staffs. Food and service has been a great pillar in the hotel. Check in was like a breeze and the staffs in the reception very very courteous and humble. Special thanks to Mr Utsav for his hospitality.

Stayed in this property earlier and was very disappointed to see the fall in standards. Housekeeping is clearly an issue: some electrical fixtures in the room were broken, the window panes were very dirty and the furniture in the rooms look old and some were even rickety. The hotel requires airing as it smells stale. The food is not at all up to the mark, hardly any palatable dishes. First hotel where buffet has chilly chicken dry and gravy with bones . Little choice on menu but prices are expensive. If you order a second mole vegetable pakora they say not available

Had a comortable stay with the family on 29.05.2022. The property is in a peaceful location with sufficient space and good ambience. Has a smalll swimming pool and a nice restaurant. It's really an awesome experience to stay with royal sarovar . The overall ambiance with the quality of food and the hospitality of the in house staffs , specially MR. SUMAN CHAKRABORTY , was really too mind blowing and satisfactory . Would prefer to visit here again in future.
