The staff was very cooperative and the rooms were very hygienic. We were provided with everything in one demand. Also, wi-fi speed was great. The beds and blankets were nice and comfy. Overall the hotel is Excellent to stay in a place like Cherrapunji.

I stayed in this hotel for almost 2 days.The service,food,wifi service,etc were very good.There are some problems like you have to pre order food and have no tv and no kettle to heat water.I liked the slide on the door to reception.When it rains,it feels much better

Great place to stay. Has good food and the best service. Always served with a smile no matter what you ask. Rooms and its beds were nice and comfy. Took the tiredness and coldness of being out all day away.

We stayed there for two nights from 15.4.2018 to 17.4.2018(check out) in two Deluxe double bedrooms. Before going there we were promised an unforgettable hospitality by the owner. We were at room no 306 and307. First of all rooms were small and not specious. No significance of DELUXE room was there.

Nice rooms with all facilities . Good food quality with a small store inside the hotel to buy some regional things as well.Staff was cooperative and good with a guide provided for Double Decker Root bridge (Shankar)
