Expected more from a Sarovar Portico , a 4-star rated hotel. To start, front door was creaking and hard to close, the wall remote for the AC was not working. It was promptly attended to. It was a good stay, overall good experience, facilities are good, big and neat & clean room. Swimming pool experience was good and the food was also good. They provided the glass water bottles in the room to avoid plastic water bottle, it is a good initiative taken by the hotel.
