Centrally located. Street food as well as supermarkets few meters from hotel. AC and hot water worked well. Courteous reception and restaurant staff. Housekeeping was good rooms cleaned on time and I asked for extra soap etc always replenished.

First of all the front desk needs to improve. It is somewhat better managed during the day with a more knowing staff in uniform. We reached late in the evening and the person at the desk was just not in command. The rooms are large , the bathroom could be better planned. To get into a bathtub to bat

After reading all the bad reviews, we were actually prepared. When we checked in, everything was great. The rooms are big and reasonably clean. And dinner was a positive surprise: good selection and even the Indian dishes were not very spicy. But then came breakfast... There was a buffet... but only

It is a great hotel but it is clear that some maintenance is needed. Everything is clean but a little dated. Staff is fine and polite. Breakfast is good, but not extensive. All in all fine for the price. Rooms have air conditioning.

We are a group of 7 stayed at this hotel from 8/11th Jan 2015 in 3 rooms. Excellent facilities, spacious rooms, clean toilets and linen.western standard toilets.-ves Poor quality food and service in the restaurant nalabagam. Strong pre checks required before giving the rooms to ensure minor fixes. O

clean hotel with large room with tea and coffee. Reception staff not very welcoming or friendly but that may have been because of a language problem. Very much a business mans hotel. good breakfast mostly Indian but toast as well. Good vegetarian restaurant across the road opposite the hotel.
