Visited with family. had buffet lunch. The food was awesome and staff were very friendly and courteous. Good hospitality and fresh sea foods served to us. We all enjoyed especially my kid liked very much to go again.

Nobody standing to welcome and guide the guests to the venue.Stage arrangements only below average.Food not so good. The most bad experience that we had is while we were having food they put of the AC.Never had such an experience .

Went for conferences here few number of times.. the hall was good.. food was good but not all dishes were nice and it wasn't consistent each time.. buffet was sometimes good but sometimes not..so overall not that happy but okay..good for small conferences and meetings..

Good Hotel, excellent rooms, good food , courteous staff, centrally located. The best place to stay in Thrissur . Always had a great time there. Will surely keep going back . The food was awesome and staff were very friendly and courteous

Visited the hotel for a wedding reception. The hall on the first floor is just right for a small group of about 100. It is spacious, airy, clean with good seating and air conditioning. Found the food to be good too especially fish manchurian, butter chicken gravy & tender coconut souffle.

The name itself doesn't make you feel good when you have to shell out Rs 3000 for a night. Inn and 3000...but overall its ok but definitely not worth the bill.The food was okay and the service was good. the laundry was expensive.
