The stay was comfortable and cosy . The hotel is in the middle of the city and has beautiful view from the window.The food is good and tasty and very prompt . Room are really good and less of out noise come to you extremely silent . The staff are very good from front office to all departments

I used to stay in this hotel regularly for my official visit. All my visit had the comfort of a home stay.But post covid the quality of Service has gone down by far. Basically on the House keeping aspect nothing is done properly. I had got a tooth brush kept in open condition with a cover don't know

only good part about this hotel is , location. I was wondering how come this hotel is 5 star!!!! the room is not very clean. carpet and the wooden floor looks very dirty. Bath room is full of stain. the towel provided is washed but the white towel has become grey. there is no toilet tissue. got on

It's completely 👎, the ac was not working, after complaining too many times, we got another room. The room was not clean and bathroom was clogged, the drain was clogged, a complete disaster. The staff was very unfriendly. Please do not stay it is not even one star hotel

Found the hotel to be very clean and nice. Room and washroom were quite nice. The rooftop lounge was also quite spacious, with a dance floor, and also quite tasty food.The sound system was also very good. Overall, found it to be a wonderful place for a get together.
